We all see those handle bars on the treadmill and are probably tempted from time to time. For the most part, holding the bars decreases the quality of your workout. But Matt Nolan, an instructor at Barry’s Bootcamp, describes the few scenarios when it is helpful to hold on to the treadmill bars.
