Weleda Salt Toothpaste

I took my Weleda Salt Toothpaste ($6) out of my medicine cabinet with intentions of testing it out for weeks before I finally put it on my toothbrush. I just found the idea of a toothpaste formulated with salt at once intriguing, off-putting and counterintuitive. But I’m actually into it: it tastes minty and only vaguely salty. Its use of sea salt is designed to increase saliva production in the mouth, washing away bacteria. I love that you can actually feel it working AND that it’s all natural.

See? When I’m wrong, I say I’m wrong. Just like Dr. Houseman.

Weleda Salt Toothpaste is sold on weleda.com.

Actually many Asian brands uses salt in their toothpaste formula…LG (that electronic company) also has one called bamboo salt (around 3 bucks for a normal sized tube) my moms uses because it’s quite good for sensitive gum, I like it because the standard Colgate/crest are way too sweet and nasty for me…
