Get the Look: Ashley Greene at the MTV Movie Awards

Twilight sensation Ashley Greene rocked the ’40s glam goddess look on the red carpet of the MTV Movie Awards Sunday night. I love, love, loved her look. It STUNNED me (in a good way) when I saw her on the red carpet. Makeup artist Jamie Greenberg explains how she created Ashley’s vintage look with mark.

Here’s how you can achieve it yourself.

Eyes
“Use mark’s I-mark Custom Pick Eye Color in Whisper to highlight under the brow, and I-mark Custom Pick Eye Color in Latte on the lid and blend it into the crease. Then take On the Edge Hook-Up Liquid Liner in Cleo to create a Sophia Lauren-style cat eye. Just dash along the lash line, then go over it again, you can always go even thicker for more drama. Then curl lashes and apply two coats of Scanda-Lash Hook-Up Mascara in Blacklash. You can even take some Eyemarker Color On Line in Java and blend into the lower lash line for definition.”

Face

“Use Face Xpert Flawless Touch Foundation in Ivory to get that porcelain glow and even skin look. For any imperfections or under the eye area just add a little Good Riddance Hook-Up Concealer. Make sure everything is applied evenly, using a foundation brush usually works best. Then on the apple of your cheeks use Just Pinched Instant Blush Tint in Berry which goes gorgeously with red pout. You also want to highlight right above the cheekbone with some Get Bright Hook-Up Highlighter, this will really shape the face!”

Lips

“Lastly, apply KissInk Lip Tintmarker in Red Siren. If you’re not into a matte finish you could add some glossiness with Lip Exotics Lip Lacquer Hook-Up in Fever.”

Love this look too (love all throw-back styles). And Mark makeup is relatively affordable… I was disapointed in a lot of other MTV carpet-goers though… so many just wore weird mini dresses and sloppy hair!
