About Smith and Cult & Inspo for My Mani

This week’s mani is inspired by the curated selection of top-selling Smith & Cult luxe nail lacquers newly available on Ulta.com. Smith & Cult polishes are vegan, cruelty-free and 8-free. My favorite part of this brand is the bottle design. These stylish bottles are perfect display pieces!

What You’ll Need

To create this look I used:

1. Smith & Cult Basis of Everything Base Coat*

2. Smith & Cult Nail Lacquer in ‘Pillow Pie’ and ‘The Message’*

3. Beauty Big Bang 036 Stamping Plate

4. Stamping Polishes: TwinkledT in ‘Glow Up’ and Clear Jelly Stamper ‘#77 Lush Leaf’

5. Maniology Sticky Base Coat

6. Moyou London Smudge Resistant Premium Top Coat

7. Smith & Cult Above It All Top Coat*

Tutorial

Step 1: Apply Smith & Cult Basis of Everything Base Coat* to protect your natural nail and prolong the wear of your mani.

Step 2: Apply Smith & Cult Nail Lacquer ‘The Message’* to the nails on your thumb, index, and pinky fingers.

Step 3: Apply Smith & Cult Nail Lacquer in ‘Pillow Pie’* to the nails on your middle and ring fingers.

Step 4: Stamp the face image from the Beauty Big Bang 036 Stamping Plate—using TwinkledT in ‘Glow Up’ for the outline and filling in the petals with Smith & Cult Nail Lacquer ‘The Message’*—onto your middle finger.

Step 5: Stamp the rose image from the Beauty Big Bang 036 Stamping Plate—using TwinkledT in ‘Glow Up’ for the outline, filling in the petals with Smith & Cult Nail Lacquer ‘The Message’*, and filling in the leaf with Clear Jelly Stamper ‘#77 Lush Leaf’—onto your ring finger.

Step 6: Apply, Moyou London Smudge Resistant Premium Top Coat to the nails that have been stamped (middle and ring) to protect the designs from smudging.

Step 7: Apply Smith & Cult Above It All Top Coat* to all nails.
