BAFTAS: Daisy Ridley’s Undone ‘do

Hairstylist Robert Vetica says Daisy Ridley “slayed” in her color-blocked, embroidered Roland Mouret frock. That cool and confident look is what inspired her hairstyle, “I kept the hair freshly undone and coifed away from her face,” he said. Here, the beauty breakdown, courtesy of Robert.

To get the look, Vetica first applied Leonor Greyl Mousse au Lotus Volumatrice to give her hair volume and bounce. He blow-dried the hair back in the direction of the finished style and added a low side part. The right side back was swept away from Ridley’s face. When dried, Vetica curled the hair starting in the back.Leonor Greyl Condition Naturelle was used to protect the hair from heat, as he twisted and dragged each section around a curling iron to create effortless waves. The leave-in conditioning spray also added extra hold and an edgy texture to the hair. To break up the curls, he worked in Leonor Greyl Éclat Naturel Styling Cream.

Of course Ridley’s hair had to look polished for hours, so Vetica misted with Leonor Greyl Voluforme to finish the look.
