Weekly Phenom List: First Week of July

PedEgg Pro Pedicure Foot File ($10): I’m surprised any boys speak to me at all after I told the interwebs at large about my laser hair removal, an enormous zit, and my diet last week. Well, the glamour keeps on coming at BBJ HQ, dolls. I tried out the PedEgg of TV infomercial fame, and I’m shamelessly addicted to scraping my feet with it. It’s quick and easy to use, and it leaves no mess thanks to the convenient storage compartment attached to the file. I used it this week whilst watching eps of The Golden Girls and was delighted when I opened up the egg post-use and saw an ENORMOUS mound of foot shavings. I recognize that that sounds totally vile, but it’s the same kind of satisfaction one gets from checking out blackhead innards on a Biore strip. You with me? My feet ached mildly post-sloughing, but feel uber soft and smooth.

Tarte Glam Gams Bronzing Stick ($30): Perfect for glowing up your gams on the go. This push-up gardenia-scented bronzer is packaged like tarte’s cheek stains for easy-to-use application. I use it on more than just legs, though. I find it’s perfect for glitzing up my decollatage and shoulders. The best news is that with the purchase of every tarte glam gams bronzing leg stick, you’ll be supporting Sambazon’s Sustainable Acai Project (SAP), a member of the Fair Trade Federation, which helps to preserve the Amazon Rainforest through forest conservation, improved living conditions and educational opportunities for communities in Brazil. I love the adorable starfish who lives on its lid.

Kerastase Resistance Substance Constructive ($36): This leave-in hair repair creme goes on when hair is damp, before blow-drying. Subtly melon-scented, it works to smooth the cuticle and provide ample TLC for ravaged ends. A bit pricey as most Kerastase products are, but it’s also PHENOM (as most Kerastase products are.)
