NEW: Exhale Opens Flatiron Location

exhale-flatiron-new-yorkRemember in Scarface, when Elvira Hancock boredly tells her husband that if anyone wanted to assassinate him, it’d be pretty easy because he’s always at the Babylon Club? Behold the aqua blue plunging neckline realness with which Elvira sashays into the elevator and into Tony Montana’s lifestyle:

Well, my Babylon Club is officially Exhale Gramercy at the Gansevoort Park. And NOW, my favorite place to practice Core Fusion Barre is opening a second in May, EVEN CLOSER location in my hood in Flatiron, A.K.A. the Fitness District, per Well+Good.

Exhale Flatiron will be located on the ground floor of 19 West 21st Street between 5th and 6th Avenues. The 1,400 square-foot space will feature dark wood floors, high ceilings, changing rooms, showers, and complimentary lockers as well as a boutique carrying fitness and yoga apparel and gifts.

Exclusive to exhale Flatiron will be exhale’s newest Core Fusion class, Core Fusion Extreme, developed by Fred DeVito and Elisabeth Halfpapp, co-founders of Core Fusion, and Bergen Wheeler, one of exhale’s most popular teachers. Core Fusion Extreme is a High Intensity Interval Training class that moves guests through power stations consisting of high intensity work followed by brief moments of active recovery, concluding with balance, flexibility and stretch exercises. Featuring suspension training, cardio explosion and intense core work, Core Fusion Extreme torches fat, reves metabolisms and amplifies strength.
