Jessica Chastain is looking lovely at the NYC screening of “Lawless!” My mane man Ted Gibson created her hairstyle. Here’s how to get the look, in Ted’s words.

“Jessica Chastain–the new face of YSL! Her hair is brilliantly beautiful; natural color and very easy to work on. I started off with build it blow-drying agent by ted gibson so that I can build body and smooth the cuticle. I sprayed directly at the scalp and ran hairsheet styling through the mid length and ends. I blew-dry her hair with a large round brush to smooth and define smoothness and softness. I parted her hair in a deep side part to open her face. I then curled her entire head with a small iron to create soft sexy waves. It was important for them to not look over done or too formal. Loose, sexy, touchable waves are very modern and super young. After spraying beautiful hold hairspray on her hair, I used my fingers to break up the waves to soften them.”
