Fictionary: Misterious

Fictionary is a column showcasing beauty-related words that don’t exist, but should.

Amber’s a great one, as well. Obv.

I’ve long been a fan of Demeter Fragrance Library for their single-note fragrances that run the gamut from Angel Food Cake to Dirt. Seriously, anything you want to smell like, Demeter makes it happen. The brand is sort of like protists of the beauty kingdom.

You can mix and match them for a misterious bespoke combo telling no one what it is. I love mixing Grass, Basil and Cucumber for a crisp, refreshing summer scent that in no way makes me smell like a salad, though it seems like it should.  Or employ Demeter Fragrance Library scents one at a time, anytime. Best of all? I just learned that over 200 scents are available in Massage and Body Oil form for only $12. My favorite? Laundromat.

Move in misterious ways.

Demeter Fragrance Library scents are available in roll-on oil versions for only $12. Score ’em at demeterfragrance.com.

And tell me: Does Demeter lift your days? Light up your nights?
