Fictionary: Taupetalitarian

Fictionary is a column showcasing beauty-related words that don’t exist, but should.

I was lucky enough to score a sneak peek of the Urban Decay Naked2 Palette today and let me tell you–I am nakedly obsessed with its array of stunningly wearable shadow delights. The original Naked palette remains my MOST used palette to date (and that’s saying something, dolls) but I wasn’t the only one consumed with its subtle sheen shades. More than one is sold every MINUTE and remains (after two years on the market) the best selling palette in the beauty industry.

The press release hails it t”the most anticipated sequel since Empire Strikes Back” (though I’d substitute Back To The Future II, personally) and they’re not kidding. It is truly Taupetalitarian: 12 neutral shades to impart a gossamer sparkle of sheer color including five new hues, a beautiful tin case with a hinged closure and a mini Lip Junkie Lipgloss (one of the least sticky formulas in the galaxy) in Naked, a wearable nude rose.

The Urban Decay Naked2 Palette retails for $50 at sephora.com and urbandecay.com. Get involved NOW or risk having to buy it at twice the price on eBay. Urban Decay Naked regret can be expensive.

I can’t find this on Sephora.com and it says it’s sold out on the Urban Decay site. Do you know when it was released? I have the original palette but this one looks even BETTER…so, naturally, I’m obsessing!
