No need to head to a cheesy bar to find them. Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils ($16) are my new obsession. This little number glides on with the utter ease, yet boasts waterproof capabilities. The formula stays soft and creamy for blending (about 30 seconds), then dries down to a long-lasting finish that stays put. I love the wide selection of lush tropical hues, deep metallics and unusually vibrant neutrals. I rarely stray from brown, black or plum-toned pencils, but I decided to try out a Glide-On in LUST, (pictured, center) a wild Crayola-8-Pack purple, and I ADORE it. When I apply a fine line on both bottom and top lashes (getting it VERY close to the lashline), my green eyes pop while still looking fully approp for my conservative work environment.
