Makeup: Miley Cyrus 2013 Teen Choice Awards

Makeup artist Denika Bedrossian created a sultry makeup effect to compliment Miley Cyrus’ black leather and sheer netting dress. Here, the details on Miley’s makeup effect, courtesy of Denika.

She paired a soft lip color with dark eyes and coated the lashes with lots of mascara. First, she layered a bronzy grey eyeshadow on the upper lid and buffed to the crease. Next, she applied black eyeliner to the upper lash line and bottom water line and blended well. Denika highlighted the cheekbones and nose and contoured the cheeks. The look was finished with a peach-tinted lip.
