Gloss for Gluttons: FUZE Slenderize Guilt Free Lip Gloss

I love the tagline:
“Always on the lips… Never on the hips”

Okay. I mean, take this info with a grain of salt. I love Too Faced products, so I was natch thrilled to learn that they have collaborated with FUZE Slenderize engerizing beverages to infuse a gloss with the same delicious fruit flavors and active ingredients. So far, I love the way the gloss looks, tastes and feels. I am especially into the strawberry melon flavor (pictured). It’s non-goopy, non-sticky, and sheer. It comes in a tube with a sponge applicator that works when you squeeze the gloss. I like that I don’t have to deal with a wand/brush.

As for its weight loss capabilities, realize that I’m the dream consumer but even I was wary. I mean, losing WEIGHT from a lip gloss? How could it be possible in a world? Although I know Hollywood starlets and my own friends laud the benefits of FUZE drinks, I still couldn’t really see a gloss inhibiting my snacking. It may have been a coincidence but I’ll say this. Last night I applied some before dinner and ate a slightly smaller amount than usual. Then, this morning, I applied some before my morning commute to work. As a gal who usually lunches at noon (even when I eat breakfast), I was pretty stunned when I didn’t feel the need to grab food until 1:45pm. It’s true that I was busy… but I’m just saying. I usually never eat later than 1pm. Check it for $18.50 at Sephora.com now or you can wait for it to hit shelves December 26th.

Let’s say on a scale of 1-5, my hunger being a 4, it was scaled back to a 1.5-2. I agree that 18.50 is a lot for lipgloss. Maybe wait until sephora has a 20% off friends/family deal? Or buy it with a giftcard?

I have tried California Kissing, and I loved it. But I would really love to try this lip gloss. I am a big fan of the FUZE drinks and love lip gloss of any kind so this is just the thing for me. Although I do think it is a bit pricey….. Oh well.

That’s pretty neat! I wonder if it does work…I heard minty flavors can help curb appetite too. Have you tried Benefit Cosmetic’s California Kissing? It’s minty and it’s got a blue hint to it to make your teeth whiter. I’ve never even heard of something like that!
